RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. If you feel that you have a received a product that is not functional or defective, please send us an email here. Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed. If you feel you have a defective product and want to return it you (the buyer) will be responsible for shipping the item to us and any associated shipping fees. Refunds will not exceed the purchased price and shipping is NOT refundable.
For all Monster Rod Holder items All returns of packaged products are subject to a restocking fee of 20% if they have been taken out of their original packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ROD RACKS, HD40, HD80, AND THE HD150 LANDING NETS and goods that are not in brand new conditions. We will accept returns up to 30 days if the goods have not been used and/or assembled. They must be in perfect condition at the time of reaching our facilities in order to be reprocessed and returned to our inventory. Although we look at each situation on a case-by-case basis, we will charge a return label if you desire to have us send you a return label. You must purchase insurance to protect the commercial value of the order you are returning to prevent any loss in case the shipment is damaged by the carrier on its way to our facilities.
